MEMBERS' ROOM

The Manifesto Club Members’ Room is somewhere for members to post articles, details of events or anything else they want to share or discuss with other members. Anyone can read the material posted here, but only club members can post and comment. If you are not a member and would like to join, please see the Join page.

The Manifesto Club membership is growing fast and becoming more international, and there is an increasing need for new ways of keeping in touch and working together. Many members are writing books and articles, organising campaigns and other projects in their own right as well as with the club, so the idea of the Members' Room is to generate a sense of what people are up to and encourage collaborations where possible - internationally as well as more locally.

For help with using the Members' Room and posting items, see the Members' Room help page.

A place for members to debate and swap ideas about the issues of the day.

City Forum - Inspired by the London Mayoral Elections, the Manifesto Club is calling for proposals to rejuvenate metropolitan life around the world. How should we organise transport, cultural life, and urban spaces? How can we better organise urban democracy? Post your ideas - long or short - on what city life should be, and comment on what other members have proposed.

Thinkpieces logo THINKPIECES

Our ambition at the Manifesto Club is to start to develop the theory and substance of a new progressive politics. As part of this, we have launched our Thinkpieces series: these are deep-thinking, spirited proposals for how to do things better in a particular area of life, written by Manifesto Club members from all over the world.
